i dissagree , today now-2024 i think the top 2500 men would beat no.1 woman. my buddy played the number 40 girl in the world on a regular basis and never lost a set. he was good but never tried to play pro. i know the best juniors dont do high school much anymore but if they did, i would also say they beat the top woman. and i say this for only the last few years with the liter rackets coming in. the more the technology advances, the lower ranked boys will beat the top girls. and of course there needs to be 2500 serious guys playing for my statement to be true. i'm not sure how low the rankings go on the challenger/futures ... but girls could not be on either boys tours.
